About Sherryn

I am an Australian CPA, with over 30 years of experience in budgeting. I specialize in helping individuals, going through the loss of a loved one, whether divorce or death, navigate the hurdles of the financial environment that they are now facing with compassion and empathy.

I work with my clients to understand and plan for their future during this unsettling time.

My process is tailored for each client’s unique circumstances and for the client to come out of theexperience positively looking forward to the future with confidence and optimism.

When a couple faces the prospect of divorce, the two major issues that usually need to be decided are how the financials are split and how matters regarding the children are reconciled.

Most people put a lawyer at the top of the list. It is essential to understand the exact legal requirements on how to divorce and depending upon your jurisdiction what generally happens.

A counselor is also often seen, to help on the emotional ups and downs that divorce can create for you and any children involved.

What is usually not a consultant is an accountant or a financial expert. This is different to a financial planner.
