Our Process

01 Onboarding

Once we have decided to work together, I will send the initial invoice (I will be giving you the option to pay in full or 50%-50%) to help you settle the payment. You will also be receiving the contract, and brand questionnaire (For Branding and your Brand Guidelines).

The questionnaire will be the biggest factor where do the next step which is: Strategizing.

02 Strategizing

I will send you a brand workbook for you to fill out. We will strategize and make sure that we are on the same page when it comes to achieving branding that truly represents you and your business. Say goodbye to switching up you’re branding every 2 months, and cheers to achieving brand consistency.

03 Curation of Branding & Social Media Assets

This is the most exciting part of the package, where we curate your branding based on collected data. We start with your mood board and color palette, then design your Primary, Alternate, and Submark Logos once approved. The second phase includes 15 fully customizable social media templates for Instagram and Facebook to ensure brand consistency. These templates make content creation easier while allowing you to adjust colors and fonts as needed.

04 Curating you Brand Collaterals

After branding design is fully designed. We will go on to the most phase of the process which is designing your branded marketing materials. We
will communicate on Gmail for the design revisions and all.

05 Uploading of Deliverables

Once the final invoice is settled and all deliverables are approved, I will be uploading it to our shared folder (Google Drive) for you to access and check.

06 Launch

After uploading all the deliverables, I will be providing you with the Social Media Graphics to help you on your Launch Day. These Graphics include – Logo Layouts and Mockups.
