New voices power our diversity. We seek to lower the barriers to entry, while empowering and amplifying those voices.

LNV is going to GSG Munich!

Are you a woman in the agile community with limited speaking experience? Do you have insights and stories to share but haven’t had the chance to step onto a big stage? This is your opportunity! Launching New Voices is a program designed to support emerging speakers through mentorship and community support. Chosen speakers will have the opportunity to deliver a seven-minute lightning talk at the Global Scrum Gathering 2025 in Munich. If you’re eager to grow as a speaker and present to an international audience, we encourage you to apply!

We’re looking for passionate voices with fresh perspectives, not polished presentations. Your submission doesn’t have to be perfect—it just needs to give us a glimpse into your story and topic. Selected speakers will receive mentorship to refine their talk, plus free conference entry and one night of hotel accommodation from the Scrum Alliance’s Global Scrum Gathering team. This is your moment to step forward and be heard. The deadline for submissions is March 9th.

Impact

Breaking into the writing or conference speaking scene is sometimes a daunting endeavor. We’ve all been there, doubting our skills, ideas, and perspectives. Women in Agile looks to help break that barrier into entry by providing mentoring, templates for submissions, and opportunities to help both new speakers and writers get noticed.

All of the activities Women in Agile provides are focused on growing ourselves, and in turn, growing others. Mentorship and sponsorship are key tenets of our philosophy, and by freely sharing our strengths and skills with others, we reach far past where we could reach alone.

With our broad network of professionals in the agile community, as well as our own website platform and associated events, Women in Agile has many opportunities to showcase ideas. These can be through speaking slots, blogging opportunities, podcasting, professional development, and even business promotion. We’re looking to share our glow with everyone – so we all burn brighter!
