Mentorship
We build mentor-mentee relationships that help Women in Agile community members
unlock their full potential as leaders in the workplace
Mentoring Program
WIA’s Mentoring program focuses exclusively on women navigating their career within Agile enterprises and puts special attention to creating value and development opportunities for those who offer their time as mentors through monthly events.
Mentoring allows you to connect one-on-one with another community member. You’ll meet with your mentor or mentee at least once a month to inspire, motivate, and grow in your agile journey.
Whether you are an experienced leader interested in investing in the next generation of Agilists or you are just starting your agile journey, being a part of a supportive mentoring community can propel your professional goals forward.

How Our Program Works
- Check for Potential Conflicts
Conflicts of interest and potential conflicts of interest can spoil a mentoring relationship. Our program is intended for professionals active or in transition, as opposed to students, and mentees must have an interest in furthering knowledge and/or a career in the agile community. Learn more about conflicts of interest that can show up in mentoring.

What is the Mentor Power Hour?
Can I apply as a mentor and as a mentee?
I don’t intend to sell training or services to my mentee and want to help women grow. Why can’t I be a mentor as a consultant/trainer who is very active in the agile community?
Conflicts of interest can have an impact on a mentoring relationship, regardless of the mentor’s intent. Our conflict of interest policy is not about exclusivity, but about providing a mentorship environment free of competing interest.
Women in Agile’s Mentorship program elevates women who have advanced careers working as agile practitioners and are leaders within agile enterprises to serve as mentors.
te program available globally. Mentor Power Hour events are currently held in English.
